We select our motor coach suppliers among North America’s well-known manufacturers: Prevost Car and MCI. We trust their ability to make safe and comfortable buses.

Security is everybody’s business at Excellence. Drivers do a conscientious security check before every departure and communicate their observations to the maintenance department. This daily report allows a constant quality control of the vehicles.

We provide all our PEP (Preventive Maintenance Program of SAAQ) certified mechanics with trainings. Our highly qualified staff inspects meticulously all our vehicles; your guarantee for a safe trip.

According to the Bill 430 which came progressively into effect starting on 1999, each owner of heavy vehicles is graded for security by the Commission des transports du Québec. Since then, Excellence has maintained the highest rate that is to say Satisfactory.

Our quality policy implies each driver to be trained on a regular basis on elements such as quality customer service, emergency procedures and CPR among other courses. Aboard all our vehicles, a mobile phone allows each driver to reach a person in charge 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
